Originally from the UK, I work in a manner that is friendly, non-judgemental and collaborative. I want your story to be heard and to ensure you feel supported and respected. I value creativity, authenticity and kindness, and my goal is to create meaningful change. My clients find me easy to talk to, warm and trustworthy. I provide a safe space where they can genuinely be heard and acknowledged. I specialise in complex trauma, grief and loss, and life changes/transitions.
My practice encourages self-efficacy and aims to develop meaning and purpose. I aim to support clients gain greater awareness of themselves, establish healthier relationships, and to become more empowered in their everyday lives. I have an extensive work history in child protection, mental health and criminal justice.
