I'm always grateful for the opportunity to provide support, as I'm aware of the bravery that therapy takes, being vulnerable in session is immense. All clinicians at the clinic I run aim to work in a non-directive, client-centred way, meaning the client sets their own treatment goals and we're just the support that holds difficult or overwhelming emotions where needed. This allows the client to drive their own therapy and shows them that they can create a better life. I am currently taking face-to-face clients with immediate availability.
With over ten years of experience and training in psychology and counselling, I have delivered a range of therapeutic treatments in both private practice and hospital settings. I have advanced training in trauma presentations, including dissociative identity disorder, and welcome any chance to work with a wide range of struggles.
I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. Clients can only begin processing their vulnerability when there is trust in the relationship. Therefore, I aim to be authentic, honest, and genuine in all of my work.

Groups
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Based Group
The DBT based group run by Hunter Psychological Services is a group that provides you with skills in regulating and managing overwhelming emotions, as well as helping you to learn how to navigate your relationships in a more helpful way. Clients that see a Psychologist (either at HPS or elsewhere) individually are more than welcome, however this is not required, as the group has been developed to help people either boost their individual sessions, or for those that simply need a "top up", or some quick skills based support.
