I work with adults and teenagers with a wide range of presenting problems, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. I also offer assessments and reporting for legal purposes. I offer a relaxed environment where clients can feel safe and supported.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-focused approaches, along with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I am a registered provider for Medicare, SIRA (Workcover NSW), and for SDRO Work and Development Orders (WDOs).
