I provide down-to-earth counselling & psychotherapy face-to-face or via Telehealth. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, BPD, perfectionism, and breaking longstanding patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is relational, collaborative and evidence-based. I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and offer practical strategies while also exploring the deeper experiences shaping how you think, feel and relate to others. Medicare rebates are available with a valid MHTP from your GP.
I help people understand and work through deeply rooted patterns, reconnect with their values, strengths and sense of self, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who they are. This involves exploring how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you, as well as the patterns or experiences that may be getting in the way.
I am a person-centred therapist, meaning I will meet you where you are in life, without judgement or assumptions about where you should be. I aim to create a space where you can be open, curious and genuinely yourself.
