You may have noticed yourself falling into the same patterns over and over again - whether that's overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, feeling overwhelmed in relationships, or carrying a harsh inner critic that never seems to switch off. You might understand why these patterns exist, but still feel stuck in them. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, attachment and relational difficulties, perfectionism, chronic shame, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-pathologising. Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).
My practice is grounded in attachment, relational, and integrative psychotherapy. Together, we'll explore how early relationships and life experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, helping you make sense of longstanding patterns, develop greater emotional flexibility, and build healthier relationships.
