At Avila Counselling and Wellness, we are dedicated to a person-centred approach that places your unique needs and experiences at the heart of our work. Together, we will work to develop practical skills and meaningful strategies to help you navigate your personal journey through pain and growth. I strongly believe that healing and positive change are possible for everyone.
I specialise in helping individuals facing grief and loss, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood emotional neglect, relationship and family challenges. My approach is compassionate and personalised to each client’s needs. I’m also a registered clinical supervisor, providing guidance and support to counsellors, psychotherapists, clergy, and chaplains.
