I can assist in screening and assessing for conditions such as Autism, PDA and ADHD to inform how best to support you and support identity formation.
As a peer in the queer and neurodivergence space, I am uniquely placed to provide a safe and healing space for you to explore the wants, needs and desires that have been hidden from others, and perhaps even yourself. I tailor my practice to my clients unique needs and take pride in a low expectation/demand style of support. I see the greatest change with my PDA clients who are rarely catered for, and those who have had limited or frustratingly low success with previous counselling experiences. I can be very flexible in how, when and where counselling happens but initially I prefer to work face to face.

Counselling can support the vulnerable parts of ourselves that are revealed through our unique difficulties. I offer focussed, short term counselling, or longer therapy to explore the deeper issues that make it difficult to find wellbeing

I work with adult women experiencing chronic overwhelm, trauma and disconnection from self. You might function well outwardly while cycling between coping and collapse, anxiety and shutdown. I support clients who feel exhausted by holding it together and are seeking steadiness, nervous system regulation and a more grounded, sustainable way of living.

My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Often, they’ve been holding a lot for a long time and are not sure where to put it. They may be navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or significant life changes, and are looking for support that feels steady, safe, and genuinely understanding. Their goal isn’t to be “fixed”, but to feel more like themselves again — calmer, clearer, and better equipped to move through life with confidence and self-compassion.

We will explore your current difficulties and invite you to consider what you would like to be different. You will set the direction for our work and I will walk alongside you, as we identify and work on the strategies and actions that support you the best to build the life you want.

Working with the mind and the body is the key to true healing and transformation. You've possibly done lots of therapy, you have so much awareness but things still are not changing. Maybe it feels like you're going around in circles, even like you're back at square one. It's not that what you've been doing isn't working, but awareness alone isn't enough. Awareness without embodiment will keep us stuck in those same patterns and cycles of stress, anxiety, burnout, unfulfilling relationships, etc. - this is particularly true for those with C-PTSD when those patterns have been learnt early and are deeply ingrained.

As an openly queer, late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist, I specialise in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults and couples.
When people come to see me for therapy they're often feeling unseen, disconnected or emotionally exhausted in their relationships, day-to-day life or dating experiences. They may be experiencing communication breakdowns, "identity crises", low self-esteem, rejection sensitivity, people pleasing tendencies, sexual difficulties, burnout or confusion about what they’re truly wanting in life. I help couples and individuals understand themselves more deeply so that they can express themselves more effectively and connect more authentically in their relationships, whether that be with a partner, friends, their own children or family.

I'm a fully certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & social work counsellor (NB trans), with over 20 years' experience working in community services. My work is grounded in social justice and liberatory practices that support self-agency, joy, pleasure & empowerment. I have a deep interest in relational & social trauma and use a somatic approach that acknowledges the external forces of power and harm. Our bodies hold protective patterns (or felt senses) in response to early attachment wounds, traumatic experiences, relational disruptions and structural pressures - together we work to safely integrate and release these patterns.
