I am currently accepting clients, with a focus on trauma and complex trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), family-of-origin challenges, and autism/ADHD assessment and support. I also provide clinical supervision and professional development training and consultancy for practitioners/organizations. With over 17 years of experience across private practice, NGO, and government settings, my work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and informed by ongoing PhD research in adult attachment theory and mental health, with a focus on building relational security. This allows for thoughtful, evidence-based, and relationally focused care.
Lemuel works from a client centered, trauma informed & neuro-affirming model. He works largely from a trauma, attachment, brain based, cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamic paradigms. Therapy can be short-term - focusing on symptom relief/management or long-term personal growth.
Lemuel is a warm, thoughtful, and authentic clinician who values safety, depth, and genuine connection. He currently accepts private clients and those with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
