As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore their identities and work toward positive mental health and wellbeing.
I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including those who are autistic or ADHD. I aim to provide a neurodiversity-affirming space that respects individual differences and works with clients' unique strengths, needs, and communication styles.
My other areas of focus also include behaviour management, parent-child relationships, and parenting support. I work collaboratively with parents and families to strengthen parenting strategies and improve outcomes for their children and teens.
