I am a queer-friendly, female-focused therapist who runs a very warm, grounded and affirming psychotherapy practice. I work mostly with people who have experienced childhood, relational and intergenerational trauma. As I'm also a midwife, I work a lot with birth trauma, plus I have particular experience working with young women, LGBTQ+ folks and those who are grieving. I'm trained as a Person-Centred counsellor, with extra training in Internal Family Systems (parts work), Voice Dialogue, somatic and attachment based approaches, nervous system regulation processes and more.
I'm a listener, a heart-holder, a paradigm-questioner and am super interested in exploring what works for you. I see therapy as a deeply collaborative, mysterious and beautiful process of returning to self. I'm a therapist who maintains faith in the power of authentic relationship and connection as a healing modality.
