Life isn’t always easy! I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to help you ‘unpack’ the messiness of life. I’m a Registered Psychologist with over 8 years’ experience working in the mental health space and use evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, find new ways of coping and lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I understand that the healing journey can be difficult, and it takes great courage to seek out support. I am passionate about building true connection with clients and making you feel at ease from our first session.
I have a special interest in working with adults with complex trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and sleep issues. I am trained in using a variety of different therapies including Schema Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
Therapy shouldn’t be a ‘luxury’ item and so I offer a number of options to fund your sessions, including Medicare (rebate), NDIS (plan and self-managed), victim services, health insurance and privately funded.
