I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor specialising in supporting young people and adults (15 years and over) who are living with the impacts of complex trauma and grief in their everyday lives. With my fur-colleague Herbie, we nurture a safe space and can offer to integrate the wonder of human-animal-nature connections.
With a trauma informed approach and client centric focus, identity strengthening and healing is enabled. Individual growth occurs during the development of a safe and trusting space where clients can explore their experiences, navigate the felt impacts and identify challenges of responses to trauma.
