Therapy can be a place to work through what feels difficult while also cultivating curiosity about ourselves and our experiences. We offer counselling for children, adolescents and adults, and know that the fit between the person and clinician matters. Because of this, our approach is to listen carefully, develop a clear formulation, and match strategies to the person so therapy feels relevant to their life.
We also provide a range of psychological assessments, including ADHD, autism and IQ testing. In some cases, we offer a lower-cost screening option first. Screening is a shorter process that helps identify whether a full assessment is likely to be useful before committing to the full assessment pathway.
