Announcement icon Telehealth appointments available.
You may be struggling with anxiety and/or depression. You may be experiencing a number of difficulties which require a psychological evaluation to find clarity; perhaps a diagnosis and recommendations for strategies to deal with your problems. Or you simply need a listening ear.
I can support you in navigating life's stressors so that you can overcome barriers. Although my specialty is working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, I also work extensively with clients who have a GP referral / Mental Health Care Plan or NDIS Plan - providing psychotherapy and treatment to clients wanting to deal with various issues.
Client-centred therapy. I value feedback so do let me know what has not worked for you in the past and we will take it from there. I can also conduct cognitive (IQ), academic and learning difficulties assessments which allows us to identify your strengths and/or weaknesses.
