I have over ten years experience in psychotherapy, counselling, and mentoring children, adolescents, and adults living with autism and other neurodiverse conditions as well as mental health problems. You find me a genuine, holistic, open-minded, caring, and consistent person who finds a solution in every problem. I am an all-rounded person who considers all aspects of life in my approach.

Many people I work with suffer from various forms of anxiety, including obsessive thoughts, social anxiety, as well as issues with body image, relationships, and life transitions. Generally, those I work with are feeling “stuck” and are at a point where they long for or are desperate for relief. I help people regain a deeper connection with themselves and others and support them in moving forward to experience more peace and contentment in their life. I welcome neuro-diversity, and individuals who feel they navigate life a bit differently than others!

I'm passionate about working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients on better understanding their unique brains, values, and strengths in an affirming way. I most often see clients for burn out, boundary-setting, parenting support, unmasking, and anxiety, but enjoy working with a range of other client experiences and needs. I also have extensive experience navigating the realm of NDIS. I currently offer telehealth services through The Neurodiversity Clinic.
