Ashtyn prioritises building trust and understands the difficulty and vulnerability in which can be present when reaching out for support. Ashtyn utilises AASW approved focused psychological strategies including Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness & progressive muscle relaxation (PMR).
