As a therapist specializing in eating disorders, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support through Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, and emotional distress related to food. My approach is focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can address the underlying emotional and psychological factors contributing to their eating disorder. By combining SSCM with a strengths-based perspective, I am passionate about empowering clients to improve their self-worth and quality of life.
Ihave 12 years experience working as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, including inpatient eating disorder programs and private therapy. I'm trained in CBT-E for eating disorders and DBT. I offer empathetic 1:1 sessions where the client's insight deepens and healing begins.
I was born to help young women break free from their inner critic and build solid self-worth, enabling them to have a harmonious relationship with their body and live more fulfilling lives.
