As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse & therapist specialising in eating disorders, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support through Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, and emotional distress related to food. I have 12 years of experience working as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, including inpatient eating disorder programs, acute psychiatric wards, community case management, and private therapy. I'm trained in CBT-E for eating disorders and DBT. I offer empathetic 1:1 sessions where the client's insight deepens and healing begins.
I was born to help young women break free from their inner critic and build solid self-worth, enabling them to have a harmonious relationship with their bodies and live more fulfilling lives.
