Hi! My name is Ashley (she/her), and I’m a registered general and sexual health psychologist. I provide psychological therapy for adults aged 21+.
My key areas of practice are supporting neurodivergent experiences, sexual wellbeing and intimacy, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse clients.
I pride myself on being a psychologist that people feel genuinely at ease with, and comfortable to talk to, and consider it a privilege to be the space where people can speak openly about their lives. I create the conditions in sessions for authentic self-expression and meaningful growth.
Over time, my clients have reported an increase in self-compassion and self-confidence, feeling more resilient in difficult times, and a greater comfort and connection with their emotions, identity, relationships, and sexuality.
