Ashley takes pride in creating a welcoming, safe, and affirming space for authentic self-expression and for folks to navigate the often vulnerable process of therapy. She views sexual wellbeing and all that it encompasses as a fundamental aspect of life, deserving of curiosity, care, and conversation without shame. Ashley is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, kink affirming, and neuroaffirming space. She flexibly draws from different therapeutic approaches dependent on each person's individual needs and goals.
Ashley's special interests include supporting neurodivergent folk, emotional regulation, sexual health therapy, supporting clients living with disabilities, and gender-affirming care. She supports clients across a wide range of presentations, including (but not limited to) neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and OCD.
