I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, with particular experience supporting people experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on attachment theory, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-informed approaches.
