I’m Stuart Jeanfield of Art Space Art Therapy. I have worked in the arts for most of my life and and have moved into therapy over the past few years while acquiring my Masters of Therapeutic Art Practices form the MIECAT Institute. I’m an actor, artist, musician and theatre maker and I bring forward whatever artistic means best suits the clients I engage with. I also bring with me a a wealth of lived experience working across a number of different sectors that allows me an ease of engaging with others and an understanding of the intricacies and variations of different peoples lives.
Im a non-diagnostic therapist and work by having the you, as expert, where you choose what we talk about and inquire into. I facilitate your Journey through witnessing and introducing techniques that I feel might enable deeper discoveries. Art Space is open to people of all ages and backgrounds. No prior art making experience is necessary.
We create, we talk, we question, we create some more, we talk some more and hopefully we end up knowing a little bit more about ourselves than when we began.
