Everyone has their own strengths and potentials - often all you need is a leg-up to help reach for them. We experience life differently, too. One person's anger, trauma, grief or self-doubt is not the same as the next person's. My interests in animals, nature and outdoor sports taught me to value the whole person; mind, body, heart and intuition. So you won't have to perform in any way. Each session is designed for you, based on Master’s degree-level expertise, evidence-based approaches, compassion, respect and experience.
I offer trauma-informed counselling in my room near West Lakes or with horses south of Adelaide. Zoom available too.
When something isn't going right, there are many reasons to keep it yourself but ... it can be tough to go it alone. Seeing a counsellor can help you do life better by taking the pressure off and making things clearer.
