Art therapy is an experiential journey to discovering parts of ourselves that may have been previously unknown or hidden through the expression of art in order to activate thoughts and feelings. It is a gentle yet empowering method of healing from grief or trauma but can also be a fun and interesting activity to relieve stress and improve wellbeing.
