I am a clinical and forensic psychologist and supervisor who is dedicated to providing the best possible support to my clients across a range of settings. I provide both couples counselling and individual therapy and work with clients experiencing, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism, grief, relationship difficulties, and other challenges that may impact their wellbeing and day-to-day functioning.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
I am a registered Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, a supervisor in these areas of practice and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I provide individual and couples therapy and am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
