I am a principal psychologist and founder of Share and Care Psychology, and a member of the APS. I have been practicing for over 7 years and I am specialised in the area of perinatal and infant mental health and I have been working mostly supporting families and individuals with their emotional challenges throughout pregnancy, birth, parenthood and consequently with the early stages of a child’s life. I ensure clients to feel welcomed to share their feelings and concerns, by providing them with a warm-hearted environment, and approaching every issue from a caring and respectful way.
As an experienced overseas Psychologist I have experience working with adults, teenagers and families from different backgrounds helping them to address a broad range of issues including, but not limited to, perinatal problems, parenthood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Attachment Disorder.
I have experience working in different mental health settings, including community mental health, hospitals and private practice. Counselling sessions available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
