Her areas of expertise and interest are anxiety, depression, trauma, pain management and relationships. She is an eclectic therapist and draws on a number of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness based strategies. I am an experienced counsellor with over 8 years of experience supporting teenagers right through to adults. I work with people experiencing difficulties in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, parenting, relationships and workplace issues.
