I have over 15 years experience as a multi-cultural counsellor. I offer therapy in English, Arabic and French. I support at-risk youth, displaced families, and those facing relationship problems. I work with mood disorders and different types of trauma, created by bullying and domestic violence. I offer a client-centred and multicultural approach in therapy. I emphasise accepting the uniqueness of each individual while also working with the intricate impact of culture on self- awareness, development and overall well-being.

I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I have lived through a lot of different experiences. Born in Australia and one of 10 children. My marriage was mixed racially and I had 5 children of my own, who are now adults and am now blessed with a grandchild. I am divorced. I sought counselling for my own healing and eventually studied at a mature age. I now have the privilege of helping others through their life challenges, family, parenting, relationship issues, grief, mental health, whatever the struggle is.

Harry is an integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor with a passion for mental health and wellbeing. He draws on a range of therapeutic modalities which he tailors to individual needs. Harry meets clients with a warm and empathic presence and understands every person’s story is unique. He has an interest in early attachment trauma and its impact on the nervous system and adult relationships. El-afraa is a registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with postgraduate training. Drawing from a wealth of experience and expertise, El-afraa offers an integrative therapeutic approach tailored specifically to your unique needs and circumstances. She combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Interpersonal therapy (PIT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as mindfulness and attachment theory.

Fayez is a passionate and skilled counsellor, with vast life experience and a substantial background working in private practice that makes him care, empathetic and engaging. He provides effective therapeutic support across a diverse range of issues to individuals, couples and families. Fayez also provides supervision to other counsellors. Fayez is registered with the Australian Counselling Association, the Professional Counselling Association of the ACT & NSW, Australian Association of Social Workers and Resolution Institute.
