I specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS institute and IFSCA trained). IFS takes the approach there are no ‘bad’ parts of Self, just parts that take on extreme roles to help protect our vulnerabilities. For more info /resources on IFS, check out my website. I also provide IFS-informed EMDR, Somatic awareness & use art therapeutic strategies.
I bring 20+yrs experience in the mental health sector and as a therapist working with individuals/couples, & facilitating art therapeutic programs. I'm currently a senior counsellor at an NGO and also offer therapeutic services in my private practice. As an accredited supervisor, I also provide clinical supervision and case consultation to other therapists.
