As a dedicated and interpersonal child and parent psychotherapist, I specialise in counselling and therapeutically coaching parents and/or carers using Filial and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, an approach that is backed by neuroscience and is strictly evidence-based. I see parents of children with psychological, psychosocial and communication issues, including Neurodivergent children and children with developmental delays or disabilities, through the individualised therapeutic involvement with parents and/or carers. I have a special interest in Integrating Child-Centred Play Therapy with Gestalt speech acquisition.

I provide a safe and supportive environment for children and their families who are experiencing varied developmental, social, emotional and physical difficulties and/or disabilities. My goal is to contribute to the health of our community, working in collaboration with educators, health professionals and varied organisations.

I aim to support you as a parent and your child by addressing emotional and psychological well-being goals inclusive of your individual needs and wishes as a family. The therapeutic approaches I use to create individualised interventions are underpinned by the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics developed by Dr Bruce Perry.

I offer parent and/or carer counselling and coaching using Filial Therapy. Parents would be able to more easily attune to their children's emotional state.
