Tuning In To Teens - Parenting Course
Tuning In To Teens is an online parenting course offered to parents of young people to assist them to manage the tricky teen years. We cover how to manage big emotions, set boundaries, and workshop your real situations and issues in the group. You have the opportunity to learn from other parents about what has worked for them, whilst being guided by a senior psychologist (myself) and a senior youth counsellor.
