As an experienced and compassionate counsellor, having worked in the counselling and people-helping sectors for over 15 years, I have established a broad understanding of working with issues such anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, emotional distress, self-confidence, shame, guilt, grief and loss, addictions, and personal and relationship issues.
I am skilled in building rapport with people of all ages, and I am passionate about helping people heal from their emotional, mental and behavioural struggles so that they can live the life they truly desire.
