I bring 18 years of industry experience as a frontline Mental Health Clinician. My skillset is broad and eclectic through having worked with diverse client groups as a Social Worker for many years. I draw on vast evidence based models whilst implementing focussed psychological strategies, particularly Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Therapeutic support with me is confidential, non-judgmental, kind and empathic. I strictly adhere to the AASW code of ethics. I believe a good therapist should be validating, authentic and genuine whilst focusing on building resilience through honest reflective feedback.
