I have extensive experience working with victim/survivors of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence and people using violence, abuse and problematic relationship behaviour. I am non-judgemental, healing-centred and solutions-focused. I enjoy supporting people to recognise and strive for healthy, safe and respectful relationships.
My approach is strengths-based. I aim to foster empowerment and lasting behaviour change. I am driven by the belief that every person has the capacity for change.
In everything I do, my approach is trauma-informed, driven by a commitment to emotional wellbeing, safety and liberation.
