I focus on mental and emotional wellbeing, supporting you through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perinatal loss, illness, eco-distress, binge eating, bulimia, body image, ADHD and relationship challenges. I work with clients from a diversity of cultural, religious and other backgrounds, including First Nations peoples and Migrants. I offer ACA and PACFA recognised clinical supervision and provide support to healthcare professionals with individual and group reflective supervision. With help, seemingly overwhelming challenges can be overcome, enabling you to regain strength and confidence and live life on your own terms.

I use a compassionate, mindful, strengths-based, person-centred, trauma-informed approach, enabling you to feel safe and supported to begin the journey towards healing. For eating disorders, I use evidence-based CBT-E treatment. In relationships, I focus on improving communication and developing strategies to meet core needs of both partners.

I create a safe, accepting and confidential space for you to voice your concerns and explore strategies for change. I work alongside you at your own pace to achieve greater choice, balance, authenticity and joy in your life, relationships and work.
