I support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, body image, trauma, illness, bereavement, perinatal loss, eco-distress. I offer ACA, PACFA, IICT & AASW recognised clinical supervision and reflective supervision for health professionals. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Provider. I work with clients to alleviate work-place stress and prevent burnout and offer individual/group counselling, workplace and community workshops.
I use compassion and mindfulness to create safety and calm, and a person-centred, strengths-based approach to empower you to choose strategies that work for you. I prioritise your wellbeing and gently guide you towards greater self-acceptance, self-compassion and peace of mind.
