If you feel stuck in your relationship and find it hard to communicate your needs and desires, I can help.

With a Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and a Masters in Counselling (Relationships), I provide a calm, thoughtful and compassionate space where you and/or your special person can slow down, understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and rediscover safety and connection.
