I am a transgender woman counsellor with lived experience in gender and sexuality diversity, atypical relationship structures including polyamory, sex work and adult relational trauma.
The main foci of my practice are the many aspects of human relationships, including ethical non-monogamy, commercial, LGBTIQA+, pathological (e.g. antagonistic / narcissistic abuse), relationship therapy using Gottman methods and loneliness.
Having lived experience in these diverse areas has helped me grow to cherish the diversity of human experience and have a deep understanding of the depth of distress that can be experienced but also the joys that can come from the healing process.
