I am driven by supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties that might include trauma, life transitions, grief, anger, relationship breakdowns, parenting support, confidence/resilience building and managing a mental health diagnosis. I aim to work alongside my client to empower them to establish alternative ways of thinking and behaving, in order to foster their journey of becoming self reliant. I facilitate a warm, safe and therapeutic space by upholding empathy, curiosity and authenticity as my core values personally and professionally. I provide support to individuals from the age of 7 to 65+
I uphold a client centred approach using a range of different therapeutic modalities tailored to each individuals specific needs. I have provided stolen generation counselling as well as worked with behavioural difficulties and disabilities such as ADHD, Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, as well as with differing mental illnesses.
I offer support through the stolen generation reparations package, NDIS funding, Self funded and Private health Insurance. I am extremely passionate about working holistically with individuals to set clear goals, form a therapeutic alliance and plan to independently transition back into optimal wellbeing.
