I offer ethical, non-judgemental, and trauma sensitive spaces where you can speak freely about whatever is on your mind. I have worked, privately, in psychotherapy, consulting, and mindfulness teaching since 1997, as well as in the community sector. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, aging, cultural diversity, and with particular expertise in trauma, mindfulness, and chronic illness. A leader in the community sector, I also provide supervision, training, and organisational consulting, such as training and group work.
I am a psychoanalytically oriented therapist offering containment and a sense of spaciousness through regular appointments and ongoing relationship. I also provide short term therapies such as EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma, and mindfulness-based approaches for stress and mood regulation and developing insight.
It can be difficult to enter into psychotherapy with a new therapist so if you would like to be in touch we can have an initial conversation and decide together what suits you now.
