I am a Counsellor and Lifestyle Coach who offers professional, wholistic counselling for those who need support during times of overwhelming emotions and grief, and also for those who need to address unresolved and painful events. My service has a particular focus on areas such as anxiety and stress management, relationship conflict, betrayal trauma, emotional abuse, sole parent support, strengthening self-esteem and lifestyle coaching. Individual sessions, couples counselling and family therapy are all available, either in-person or online.
I bring 25+ years of life, pastoral and counselling experience to the counselling room and I am passionate about the way counselling can transform lives. My recently attained qualification as a Lifestyle Coach has equipped me to provide a wholistic approach to personal growth which has been significantly empowering and strengthening for my clients.
Whether my clients attend a session or two or come for a couple of years, it is my goal their counselling experience will be a valuable one, a worthwhile investment into a healthier and more fulfilling emotional future.
