I am committed to exceeding your expectations of therapy. My professional clinical work brings together important features for effective psychotherapy. Neurobiological attunement being at the forefront, deep listening and skilful facilitation for assured relief and healing. Anchored in the body, and moving out of 'talk therapy' together we access the origins of distress and augment an innate healing response. Painful and scary experiences such as anxiety, depression and anger can be effectively treated by accessing their origins within the body. My areas of expertise are trauma, and performance blocks.
I am an accredited EMDR therapist, Brainspotting Consultant in Training, and HeartMath Certified Trainer - I work with these transformative models combined, to address many distressing health conditions. Additionally, I am specialising in water-related trauma injuries for - scuba diving, both recreational and technical - and any water-related trauma.
