Counsellor and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 30+ years' experience supporting adults. I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you overcome issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, and many other mental health conditions. Adult clients accessing psychological therapies with me may have experienced domestic and family violence, sexual abuse, bullying and harassment in the workplace, relationship problems and severe stress exhaustion. Therapeutic modalities include CBT, Narrative approach, life skills development, psycho education, family/systems approaches and others.
I offer therapies in a safe, warm, compassionate, non-judge mental environment. As an accredited mental health social worker, I use psychological therapies so clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their quality of life.
As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I also bring a wealth of life experience, along with my professional knowledge and therapeutic practice. This helps me connect with and support individuals on their individual journey to achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life.
