My clients include women who lost their mothers young, late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD adults, carers, people facing anticipatory grief or end-of-life decisions. I also work with expats navigating identity, distance, and disconnection—often layered over deeper grief.
Whether you’re dealing with a long-ago loss, sudden emotional shutdown, or anticipatory grief, our work will start where you are.
I tailor support to neurodivergent needs—recognising sensory sensitivities, executive dysfunction, and different ways of processing emotion.
Together, we’ll make space for your experience in a way that doesn’t require you to explain or justify how you grieve. My approach blends person-centred, narrative, and psychodynamic work, with elements of inner child exploration and EFT (tapping).
I can help you shift long-held patterns and offer the right support to do so—without pressure.
