I am a Clinical Psychologist, with a warm and compassionate manner and an appreciation for the complexities that life can throw our way. I have great respect for the courage involved in seeking support and aim to provide a non-judgemental space where you can safely explore what's on your mind. I work with a range of mental health concerns, and have a particular interest in relationship & attachment difficulties, self-esteem, trauma, grief & loss and neurodivergence.
I am committed to collaborating with you to figure out the best approach for you, based on your particular situation. I work in a trauma-informed and strengths-based manner, and believe significant change can come about within the holding space of a safe therapeutic relationship.
I currently see clients for private appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays in Maroochydore. Telehealth appointments are also available. All sessions are 50 minutes, including the initial consultation. A referral from your GP or Psychiatrist is preferred, but not required.
