I am a supportive, compassionate, and change-oriented Registered Clinical Psychologist. I work closely with you to understand your history and guide you to develop strategies that strengthen your emotional health.
I have interests in treating Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Childhood Trauma, Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I lead a team of psychologists guided by principles of trauma informed care.
I love creating a calm and inviting atmosphere for my clients. Caring and gentle in nature, my therapy dog Gigi helps to create a warm and friendly environment that feels less like a clinic and more like a home.
I completed my PhD at Flinders University and my postdoctoral training at the University of Cambridge in the UK. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the EMDR Association of Australia. I have 15 years of clinical experience and I have published over 30 academic articles. I have delivered several trainings on Trauma Focused CBT.
