I'm Anna. I offer a warm, calm, kind and respectful approach to your therapeutic journey. I enjoy working with adults who are interested in connecting with their own inner wisdom. I believe that many of the struggles we face in adult life stem from ways we learned to navigate and survive in the world as children, which may have worked for us then, but are no longer serving us now. Add to that the many experiences that have shaped us, especially the challenging ones and it makes sense that we might reach a point where some support is needed. My approach is holistic and incorporates the wisdom of the body as well as the mind.
