Within my therapeutic approach, I utilize evidence based approach including but not limited Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy guiding clients to reach unconscious layers of emotions, beliefs, addressing triggers, helping them through journey of self-discovery.
