I'm Anna, I have Clinical membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). I am a “BUPA recognised provider” "Medibank" and an "ahm-approved" Therapist.
I work with all people and provide a safe non-judgemental space for to explore whats going on for you. !
I have worked at Headspace and have been working at Child Development Solutions and Sydney Psychology Centre for years where I facilitate social skills groups for children and young people diagnosed somewhere on the Autism Spectrum and/or ADHD.
Whether in person at the clinic, in your own home, or online I can help you become more organised in your mind and feel more supported. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space. In a session with me you may learn about self- compassion, emotional regulation, how to deal with anxiety, PTSD, depression, social skills and increase self-esteem.
The research states that when we talk about our emotions it enables us to regulate them! Therapy can enable you to live a fulfilled life where you can learn to thrive. I provide a safe non-judgmental space for clients with trauma and complex trauma.
