Offering experienced counselling and mentoring, even in tough times. Comfortable working with young adults to elderly. Including Carers, NDIS and those with life limiting illness, I am a trained an end of life Doula. For couples, I offer relationship enhancement strategies, with a minimum of 4 sessions when utilising Gottman methods.
