Hi, I’m Anika, a trauma-informed, ACA-registered counsellor offering a supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing anxiety, coping with loss, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Facing these difficulties alone can be daunting, but I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore your emotions and uncover practical ways to move forward. As an experienced integrative counsellor, I’m trained in more than one therapeutic modality, combining traditional psychotherapeutic theories with cutting edge, evidence-based techniques.
I also integrate practices, such as body awareness and breathwork, to regulate the nervous system and support perspective shifts. I have a passion for supporting people navigating mixed-race and cultural identity issues. Growing up between cultures often brings challenges around belonging, reconciling parts of yourself, and managing cultural expectations.
As someone with a multicultural background, I deeply understand these complexities. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity, uncover strengths, and build a self that feels authentic and whole. Whatever your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
