I’m a nationally registered Psychologist (AHPRA), member of APS, AAPI, ICF, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, with a Master’s in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
