Hi! I am a PACFA-registered counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and previous experience supporting young people aged 12-25. I offer a warm, client-centred space using ACT and DBT skills, and trauma-informed care to help clients navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I walk alongside the client through a range of issues including bullying, relationships, experimentation concerning AOD, curiosity surrounding sexuality, traumatic experiences, school-related stressors, and other presenting issues.
I work holistically, taking into account each person’s history, past diagnoses, comorbidities and lived experiences to ensure support is tailored to their unique needs. I have experience in crisis management, risk assessment and trauma-informed practice, and am currently seeing singles, including those struggling with AOD misuse, and couples.
You’re welcome to get in touch by phone, email, or through my profile. I offer a free 15-minute phone chat so we can gently explore what you’re needing, answer any questions, and see if it feels like a good fit before scheduling an appointment.
